401K RETIREMENT PLAN: To qualify for 401k Plan, the consultant must be a full time employee of Maxim Technologies and must continuously work for at least 90 days or 480 hours before they are eligible.

PAID TIME OFF:(Casual/sick/vacation) Full-time, salaried consultants are eligible for paid time off after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligible employees accrue 8 hours of paid time off each month. (i.e. 12 days per year), which can be carried over from year to year.

HOLIDAYS: Full-time, salaried consultants get every holiday taken by the client where they are assigned (some clients have more holidays than others do). Associate Employees do not receive any paid time off.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: Consultants who have been with Maxim for 1 year are eligible to be reimbursed for 50% of class costs on pre-approved courses, for a maximum of $500/year.

REFERRAL FEES:( Referrals from current consultants) Consultants will receive a total of $1000 for each referral hired by Maxim – $500 after completing 90 days and the rest after 180 days of continuous employment.

REFERRALS FROM NON-EMPLOYEES: These people will receive $500 for each referral hired by Maxim at the completion of 90 days of service.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: This company-paid program offers confidential counseling services on a variety of topics including family issues, relationships, parenting issues, career concerns, emotional issues, addiction issues, bereavement, financial and legal concerns, traumatic events, adjustment to change and conflict resolution.
